About Kristy
I’m Kristy Wells, an Aussie Mum and digital nomad currently living in a 5th wheel trailer with my husband of 28 years and our teenage son in Florida.
As a business tech coach and advisor, I specialize in helping tech-challenged online educators overcome their technology obstacles and administrative overload, saving them 10+ hours per week and increasing their earning potential.
With over 25 years of business experience, my love for administration and organization began in my Dad’s office in the early 90s.
When I discovered online teaching, specifically teaching English as a second language to kids in China, I quickly became a top teacher in two ESL companies.
Sharing my knowledge online, I found a passion for helping other teachers, which led to me teaching my methods to others. My clients appreciate my patient teaching style.
I completed an online business marketing foundations training with James Liu of Bowei Strategy, in his 21 Day Teacher Entrepreneur Challenge in July 2021. James identified a need for my tech expertise within his team. We tested out a few clients with great success and I continue to support the Bowei Team as their Tech Expert for Online Teachers.
Since 2021, I have continuously expanded my knowledge through various courses and mentors, applying this knowledge to my online business coaching for teachers.
I work with Teacher Entrepreneurs running their own independent online businesses, helping them streamline their business with automation, reclaim 10+ hours a week, and unlock hidden earning potential for a balanced work-life.
My clients often struggle with organizing and automating the backend of their business, feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I help them create systems to get organized, work 30 hours or less per week, and propel their business to the next level, generating passive income while working with clients they love.
My clients are dedicated, action-takers with a positive, self-accountable attitude, who see the value in coaching to achieve their dream results faster. Without my help, they often sacrifice family time, earnings, and sleep, struggling to piece together free solutions that lead to burnout.

As a digital nomad, I value fresh air and the beauty of the world around us. My family and I love traveling and learning new things about this beautiful planet. In my spare time, I enjoy taking pictures of sunsets and nature.
